This fun fundraiser, organized at VIT University, celebrates the incoming board of GGB every year.
Mera Khwab, Mera Haq was organized to empower children to act as future leaders. The event included a dance workshop led by students of VIT.
Republic Day Event was held for the underprivileged children under our education program. All the kids were taught about geography and history of our nation under Parmar Ed Program, an initiative to educate the underprivileged kids. The morning started off with the kids being taught about the significance of Republic day.
We’re sure all of these wonderful things remind you of Diwali. But, for some very unfortunate and underprivileged children, these isn’t the picture which unfolds on a Diwali night. We decided to host a Diwali event, “Lightin’ Up Lives” to bring the joy of Diwali to the lives of the Marwar Junction Migrant Community and their children on October 30th, 2015.
The health workshop was organised for those who do not have access to adequate health services. Children underwent a health check-up to be aware of their well-being.
We celebrated Independence Day with the Parmar Education Program kids. They were told about our freedom fighters and their struggle to make our country free.
This was a classroom event with a motive of spreading awareness regarding the sustainable development goals and the work GGB does towards achieving it.
We hosted an event for children to celebrate the spirit of the Pongal/ Lohri holidays and their significance in our Indian culture. A bonfire was lit around which many people danced spontaneously for the children. Some flower pots and sparklers were also lit for the children’s joy followed by distribution of bags and shoes to children. It was a light event which proved to be a great bonding session for team members and supporters of GGB.

GGB conducted Sports Day Event where the children enjoyed by participating in fun activities and they were made understood the importance of sports.
Students in VIT were asked questions like what is their first thought when they hear the word ‘Woman.’ This event was aimed at recognising and breaking stereotypes, as well as spreading awareness about Women’s Day.
Unprivileged children are unable to get access of the materials to show their talent and artistic skills and hence GGB conducted an Art and Craft Workshop, provided the necessary material
